DESCRIPTION:
A weakness has been reported in Aruba Mobility Controller, which can
be exploited by malicious people to conduct spoofing attacks.
Certain input passed to the captive portal during authentication is
not properly verified before being used to redirect users to the
custom welcome page. This can be exploited to redirect a user to an
arbitrary website e.g. when a user clicks a specially crafted link to
the affected script hosted on a trusted domain.
Successful exploitation requires the use of custom welcome pages
(disabled by default) and that the victim user is not authenticated
beforehand.
