DESCRIPTION:
A weakness has been reported in Microsoft AntiXSS Library, which can
be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The weakness is caused due to an error within the sanitisation module
when parsing escaped CSS content and which can be exploited to conduct
cross-site scripting attacks.
The weakness is reported in version 4.0.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 4.2.
