DESCRIPTION:
Andrea Micalizzi has discovered a vulnerability in Quest Explain Plan
Display ActiveX Control, which can be exploited by malicious people to
manipulate certain data.

The vulnerability is caused due to the insecure "SaveToFile()" method
allowing arbitrary paths to be supplied as the "FileName" argument.
This can be exploited to create or overwrite arbitrary files on a
user's system.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 6.6.1.1115 bundled with
Quest Toad Development Suite for Oracle 11.0R2. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Set the kill-bit for the affected ActiveX control.
