DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in libsoup, which can potentially
be exploited by malicious people to compromise an application using
the library.
The vulnerability is caused due to an integer overflow within the
"soup_base64_encode()" function in libsoup/soup-misc.c when encoding
input into Base64. This can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer
overflow by e.g. tricking an application using the library into
encoding specially crafted input into Base64.

Update to version 2.24.0 or later.
